Tracks and Characters
Dr. Robotnik's Ring Racers advertises itself as having "over 200" tracks or "courses". These courses are broken up into different "cups". Most courses are suffixed with "zone" though this is not always the case.
This is a listing of each course in the game, with some notes if there is anything interesting to state about a particular course. Some courses are brought in from Sonic Robo Blast 2 Kart version 1.0; if the specific addon is identified it'll be noted here, but I don't have all the info. Stages are generally unlocked in Grand Prix mode by completing the Cup that comes before it. Stages can only be played in Match Race or Time Attack once they have been played once in Grand Prix or if the cup is unlocked and the stage has been completed in an Online match. Additionally, Special Stages are unlocked for each cup for practice after the first 7 emeralds are collected. Each Special Stage is assigned to a specific Cup, but on the first playthrough the stages are always played in order regardless of the Cup selected. Collecting all 14 Emeralds will unlock Master Mode, which is harder than Hard and only available for Grand Prix. There are a total of 229 courses in the base game (150 Race, 60 Battle, 14 Special, 5 Tutorial).

Characters
Characters are classified by weight and speed and are divided into 9 classes that go from left to right, top to bottom, A to I. Only the "center" character in each class is unlocked by default; all others must be unlocked through the completion of a Challenge. Unlock requirements are listed underneath each character. As of Version 2.1, there are 61 characters.
